Buy, sell and trade Pokémon merchandise at your own risk. Posts not selling or buying Pokémon items are removed.
This group is for buyers located in the UNITED STATES, though sellers may ship from any country. If you're looking to buy/trade and live outside the U.S., or if you're a seller that wants to market items to customers outside the U.S., please join Virbank City International PokéMart.
Please be respectful to all members of our group. Members who bully, harass, or insult others will be banned without warning.
NEW TO BUYING?
If you've found something you want to buy, first check our official feedback post at the top of the page to see how many successful (and unsuccessful, if any) transactions your seller has had. Dealing with sellers that have several positive feedback ratings, and no negative feedback ratings will significantly lower your chance of encountering issues. Use Paypal to pay your seller, and designate the payment as "Goods & Services" to receive buyer protection that can help you receive a refund in the event of a dispute. (Sending the money as "Gift" or "Friends & Family" will not allow you to recover your funds in the event of a dispute.)
NEW TO SELLING?
If you're new to selling in the group, it can be difficult to find a buyer willing to purchase from you. Start with small transactions, and establish credibility by having friends vouch for you in the New Seller Post. (A link to this post can be found in the Feedback Post pinned at the top of this page.)
GUIDELINES & TIPS FOR SELLING AN ITEM
-Include clear, high quality pictures.
-Offer good deals; items available cheaper on eBay are unlikely to sell.
-Include the state (or country if outside the U.S.) your items would ship from, so potential buyers can estimate shipping times.
-If your item isn't selling, try lowering your price or indicating you'll take offers.
-Let buyers know upfront if any items are damaged or worn (such as played cards) to avoid disputes.
-Edit your post to inform buyers when items are sold or no longer available for sale.
COMPLETED A SUCCESSFUL PURCHASE WITH A SELLER?
After you receive your item(s), if you're content with the transaction, please be sure you leave positive feedback for the seller in the Feedback Post, which will let other buyers know your seller or trader held up his or her end of the bargain. Feedback posted anywhere other than the feedback post is not recorded.
HAVE AN ISSUE WITH A SELLER/TRADER?
Admins cannot help you resolve disputes nor is our group a place to publicly hash them out. If you have an issue that you are unable resolve with a seller, please use Paypal's Resolution Center. Afterwards, be sure you've left feedback in the feedback post to let other buyers know about the issue.
