Neighborhood Watch is a crime prevention program that stresses education and common sense. It teaches citizens how to help themselves by identifying and reporting suspicious activity in their neighborhoods. In addition, it provides citizens with the opportunity to make their neighborhoods safer and improve the quality of life.
This group is for keeping each other informed with crime information happening in the area. It also seeks to provide information regarding local news and political issues and youth/community events effecting the community. It promotes public safety via education.
Only residents and business of West Garden Grove (WGG) and the immediate surrounding area will be added to the group. For the purpose of this group, the borders will be Katella to the North, and the 22/405 freeways to the South, Western Avenue to the East and Heather Street to the West.
