This is a group for local people to advertise items/services. It is also a place to share local information and chat about local issues.
* Swearing, rudeness and bullying will NOT be tolerated.
*NO "naming and shaming". If you have an issue with a buyer or seller or someone breaking rules, please message me directly.
* This page is for people local to Caroline Springs - Hillside. If you live out of this area, you must be willing to deliver sold items at no extra charge.
* You may upload photos but once an item is sold or photo no longer required, you MUST delete them.
* First to comment, showing interest on an item, should be given first preference to buy, given reasonable time for communication. Simply stating "sold" does not give you preference.
* If you have multiple items to sell, e.g. household items or clothing, you need to upload the images to your own profile page and then share the link in the group. (It is recommended you create an album on your profile called "BUY SWAP SELL" and make it a public album) This will prevent one person from clogging up the feed.
* It is the responsibility of the buyer to check the validity of a sale, that it is not a stolen item or a vehicle under finance. http://www.revscheck.com.au/
* When selling a cat or dog, by law it must be microchipped and council registered upon listing. Puppy mills will not be tolerated and if there is any suspicion of animal abuse, member will be banned and/or reported to authorities.
* NO "free to good home" pets. Please contact a rescue organisation. Free animals often go to puppy mills, baiting, dogfights etc..
* Only visible profiles with a location listed and more than one month old, will be approved to join. If you wish, for privacy reasons to keep your profile private, please private message or email me with your request to join. [email protected]
*Only profiles in your name, not a business name may join.
** Business advertisements may only be posted on Monday's and Friday's, this includes bumping.
Only home based businesses will be accepted.
