CSU HEEDS is the acronym for Cagayan State University Higher Education Enrollment Decision System. HEEDS is an open source enrollment planning software developed by Dr. Ricolindo Carino for use in state universities and colleges.
CSU is one of the first adopters of this software. The CSU President, Dr. Romeo R. Quilang was the first SUC President to adopt it during his stint at ISU. It is now adopted in all CSU campuses at varying degrees of implementation and is being administered by the University Registrar in collaboration with the University MIS.
