The admins of Swap & Shop Waconia hold the right to ban a member at any time for any reason. That being said we do not take banning lightly and it will only be done after asking the member to correct the action in question. These guidelines and rules are here for a reason and we ask that you respect them.
Posts not following rules may be deleted with or without notice. If you cannot find your post please SEARCH for it before re-posting. Facebook is wonky and sometimes it can be difficult to find your post. Please search through your "Recent Activity Log" on your own Facebook page before contacting an Admin about missing photos.
GENERAL GUIDELINES
•Disrespectful behavior, comments etc. will NOT be tolerated. You WILL be removed from the group if this happens.
•Do not comment on an item unless you are interested.
•Blocking an Admin is not allowed, you will be removed if this happens.
•Ultimately the admins are not responsible for sales and interactions on this page.
SELLING/BUYING
•Please utilize albums to help keep the wall clean. You may post directly to the wall if you are unable to use an album but no more than 5 items in 24 hours.
•When posting to the wall you must only post ONE picture per post. Posts to the wall need to be separated, do not post one large description •Any additional pictures of an item need to be added in the comments section under the original picture/post. There is a little camera icon.
•Each item needs: Price, description, & pick up location.
•Bumping is allowed every 48 hours no sooner. For an album bump the whole album not individual pictures.
•Items should only be listed on one site at a time. HOWEVER, if you decide to cross post between other sites, you must list "CROSS POSTED" in the description. BUYER BEWARE that you may not be first in line for the item. DO NOT contact the ADMINS with issues concerning cross posted items.
•NO sales of alcohol or firearms allowed.
•You are responsible for following all laws regarding sales, taxes, coupon stockpiles etc.
•You must be 18 to post an item for sale.
•Pick up locations should be in the Waconia area (St. Boni, Mayer, Victoria, NYA, New Germany, Cologne, Watertown) unless buyer agrees to meet elsewhere.
