Group Rules for Regina Beach and Area Buy and Sell:
Regina Beach and Area consists of small communities within the Regina Beach area (Lumsden, Bethune, Craven, Disley, Arm River, etc.) if you are from Regina (or anywhere outside the “designated local” area), pick up has to be one of the communities mentioned. If you are from outside of Regina Beach, please mention where you are located in the ad so potential buyers are aware.
DELETE ADS WHEN THEY ARE SOLD! This will keep the congestion down and the page will always be current. – This is much appreciated. To do this there is a little down facing arrow in the top right corner of your post. If you click on that, DELETE will be an option. All posts will be kept a maximum of 3 months. If still unsold, please post a new ad.
BUMPING/REPOSTING! It is understood that you want your post to be seen, however as a courtesy to everyone else on the page, please do not 'bump' or repost (removing the initial post when you do so) more frequently than once a week.
We DO allow LOCAL community event and news postings. For example: lost pets, community fundraisers, and garage sales – please remove when event is complete.
For anyone not following these rules, you will be contacted and asked to do so. If the rules are still not being followed, your post will be removed and the member will possibly be removed from the group as well.
SCAMMERS/SPAMMERS will be reported, and then deleted. – This is not tolerated. If admin is not seeing this, please tag an admin in the post to bring them aware. Some scammers/spammers can post without admins being able to see.
