THE PERSON WHO ADDS YOU WILL ESSENTIALLY BE YOUR REFERRAL AND THE PERSON ENSURING THAT YOU WILL FOLLOW THE RULES BELOW.
These rules are to make things as simple as possible but please follow them to make this group effective! The Admins ask that you try to go by the rules and be FAIR to ALL potential buyers and sellers.
1.Be NICE or you may find yourself banned from this site. Please keep all comments to yourself...if you cannot keep them...consider yourself warned and you will be banned from this site.
2. Please post the town that you are located in when posting, and where an item is to be picked up...It will determine if someone wants to purchase the item.
3. Please keep in mind when someone makes an offer (interested, I’ll take it…); give that person ample time to question prior to going onto the next person...It’s fair to assume not everyone lives and breaths on FB.
4. Unless someone says make an offer, or best offer...please do not ask them to lower their bid...and do not comment if you have the same item and sell it for a lower price...that is just rude.
5.Cross-Posting is fine...Put that in your post so everyone knows - Keep in mind who was first in line.
6.Please if you have more than 3 items that you are posting make a photo album so the news feed isn’t all taken up by one person.
7.Once something has been sold, please DELETE.
8. And here is the No’s of the site: knockoff handbags, jackets or anything else that is fake, used mattresses (all are illegal to sell in MA) and NO EXPIRED DATE on ANYTHING.
9. Please keep in mind business ads are for SHREWSBURY BUSINESSES ONLY (means unless you live and sell in Shrewsbury...you can advertise, if not...please DO NOT POST) Business postings are only allowed on Mondays!
